Drilling,
turning, milling, boring, and contract manufacturing with state-of-the-art
equipment and software. We work with various types of specialty
metals including Stainless Steel, Brass, Inconel, and Titanium.
Our 46,000 sq ft facility is equipped with 10 ton-overhead cranes
and the heavy equipment required to handle your large capacity parts
and products. Our modern CNC equipment includes 4-axis capabilities.
We have turning capabilities of 127" in diameter and up to
25 tons. We also have deep seat pocket Cogsdill tooling and gun
drilling capabilities of 6' long and 1/4" diameter. See

CNC machining is an integral part of our manufacturing process.
The use and knowledge of Solidworks, 3-dimension CAD software,
allows us to ensure tight tolerances and precision machining requirements
are met. Solidworks is enhanced with EdgeCam providing a full
CAD/CAM production environment. This state of the art programming
allows us to machine 2 or 3-dimensional part on 3 or 4-axis machines.
Our Solid Modeling capabilities assist our customers with cost
effective design and machining solutions.
